Τhey have come for a kitchen from IKEA. Unfortunately I had some problems with them but it was much of a misunderstanding, The workers worked fine. It was not easy, I was satisfied and I gave them tips. The misunderstanding was due to the fact that I didn't have access to the cost of the service as it is calculated by IKEA and IKEA changed the price after a while. At the beginning I had doubts on Mr. Nikos, the worker from Service One, but after going to IKEA twice I realized that Mr. Nikos is a very honest man. At IKEA I was given different information every time I went there and I had the same problem with them as Mr. Nikos. I'm really sorry for having been suspicious on Mr. Nikos and he has done a good job. Only 3 stars because the communication between IKEA and Service One is terrible.

Πριν από 6 μήνες έκανα service σε Samsung φωτογραφική μηχανή. Τότε η όλη διαδικασία ολοκληρώθηκε σε 1 μήνα, κάπως αργά είναι αλήθεια, το μόνο που ήθελα είναι η πιο άμεση ενημέρωση. Πριν 1 εβδομάδα παρουσίασε το ίδιο πρόβλημα, ο οπότε και την ξαναπήγα, καθώς είναι εντός της 6μηνης εγγύησης που δίνουν. Ελπίζω τώρα να κινηθεί πιο γρήγορα η διαδικασία με ενημέρωση μου. Νεότερη ενημέρωση: η επικοινωνία που είχα ήταν άμεση και γρήγορη. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση.

Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ την εταιρεία και τον ειδικά τον υπεύθυνο πωλήσεων που ενήργησε άμεσα για να αποκατασταθεί ένα μικρό θέμα. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη!
