Not at all flexible in choosing a delivery time. I had to visit the place myself to get my package. This is the same as in other courier services off course. They where very polite though.
Completely amateur company. They don't follow the orders for the packages, each support member tells different things and getting your package is literally a headache. I would not recommend at all.
The people who works there are kind of rude, not very helpful, and the cost is extremely high, I won’t recommend any one to go.
Never use Speedex. Honestly! Speedex and ACS are the worst transportation companies. Especially for Speedex, you can never find anyone on phone calls. I had an order for almost 1 week, even the order was on the shop in Aghios Dimitrios from the second day of my order. I was calling them for a week and noone answered, I called on the headquarters of Speedex, noone answered as well and they were not even able to find the order on tracking system. This is unacceptable for a company. I suggest you to not use Speedex...never... They deserve to have their \business\ company closed and their employeers to lose their job. Thank you!
If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Speedex at Ag. Dimitrios doesn't deserve even 1 star. This delivery company is HORRIBLE. Been waiting on a delivery from Leto e-shop for 28 days now...and speedex has been sitting on my order for over 1 week. They are located not even 2.5 kilometers from my home! They do not pick up their phone during business hours when I call to check where my order is. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now my husband must go to their physical location to see if he can find our order and bring it home himself since I am having our baby in the next couple of days and we need the bassinet matress that speedex is holding on to and planning to deliver...when? No idea bc they don't know how to pick up their freaking phone!!! How hard is it to answer your business phone during business hours? Or deliver a package not even 2.5 kilometers from your location? Won't be ordering from Leto e-shop anymore either...unless they change couriers. Horrible experience. Don't use this courier.
