This is the worst rental company you can rent a car from.Very unprofessional and cheaters.This was the second time renting a car from them.We picked the car up from Agia Paraskevi paid with my visa card for 21 days and left.When we where supposed to return it the lady owner told us to return it at a different location near the airport.and that she was not going to be there but a trusted employee was going to inspect the car and take us to the airport. We did just that and 2 days after we got back to the USA i saw a charge on my visa from them for 250 euros (275.00).I called the lady owner and she said that we had damaged the muffler and they only saw it after we where gone.To make the long story short I lost 275.00 and will like to advice anybody that is thinking of renting from them to be very careful because they are nothing but plain thieves. We need to rent a car again this month but never again from these people.

We're waiting in the airport 90 minutes, and when you ask when they're coming, they said us, in five minutes, on the road. Unbelievable. Better rent a car with other company.
This company is definitely not a scam. I rented a car a few weeks ago and I got to say, it was in great conditions. It clearly depends on the model of the car you choose to rent. The service was great and I was more than pleased to the company!
A very good all around service... Price is good given the quality of the cars and the period of you owing it...I highly recommend it if you ever come to Athens.
Horribe! We lost 1hour and a half waiting in the airport for a grey van with a logo on it...the van arrived 1hour and 20minutes late with a grey van and no logo on it...unbelievable!!! The worst experience I ever had. We call them and said 5 minutes...the 5 minute become in 1hour and 20minutes. Of course another 30 minutes to arrive to the office...

Horrible service. We rent a car through the biggest certified online booking platform and called the Agia Paraskevi office of Lotus multiple times to confirm the booking which they did each time. 30 minutes prior to the delivery of the car they called us and demanded aggressively that we pay twice for the booking alleging that they did not receive any payment from the online platform (since I have used this platform in the past I deem this allegation to be unfounded). They were not willing to negotiate and hung up the phone on us. The male representative was particularly insulting. We ended up renting a car with another company and the online renting platform luckily reimbursed us for the cancellation. DO NOT USE this office to rent a car!
