The company was originally founded in 1983, under the name of GM Yachting, which was one of the first yacht charter broker agencies in Greece and experts in yachting business. In 2001, as the need to expand the range of our services in the field of yachting arose, the company was reformed and assumed its final form and name as MG Yachts. Since then it has been our goal to offer our customers and partners bareboat, skippered and fully crewed luxury yachts, tailor made customer and management services and yacht sales. Nowadays, it is a matter of necessity to improve our services on a daily basis, so every year we expand our own fleet of more than 20 new sailing yachts and catamarans, in addition to managing more than 100 other yachts all over Greece. This fleet and our customers are served at our own office and at new branch offices that the company invests in, in key destinations around Greece. Each individual member of the MG Yachts Team is selectively chosen to make the difference, with utmost attention to every detail, for their professionalism, their friendliness and their passion to provide exceptional services. I have only the best memories with MG Yachts. I rent their boats every season. They have large variety of boats, the equipement is impeccable, their staff is very helpful and all boats are in a great condition. Only problem I ever had was that my motor once broke, and miss Mary and her staff were instantly there to help with everything. To everyone considering sailing in Greece, you should definitely check them out, you won't regret.

We rented boats for over 10 times from MG. For this area for us is only MG. Boats, people, hospitality, flexibility...is 'No coment'. We even made twice Flotila with over 15 boats and we got priceless support from the whole team of MG Yachts. Thanks for all !!

Goodmorning to you All, For about 22 years we are sailing in Greece and MG Yachts is playing a very important role in this, we rent the yachts always by MG Yachts and WHY?? , simple answer, good Quality of the yachts well maintained and in good condition. Paperwork like crewlist and certificates are also in order, this all in a nice map together ready to go, but before you sail out there is a good Check in of the vessel and this is happening together with a technicien of MG Yachts. After this when those things are completed you can drop the lines and sail to the lovely Islands of Greece and the warm hospitality of the greek people. This year we where with 3 ships all friends and it was perfect again. Thanks also to MG Yachts. Big John

The best company for rent a boat! Easy to communicate, large variety of boats, good support during vacation!

If you are ready to increase the cost of the charter by sum of the waver (the eturnable\ deposit for damage), MG Yachts is the right company to choose! The yacht \MS Boss\ my Friends chartered was new and good, but has no protection in her front (as many others have) against the anchor, so even small waves can cause the hit of the anchor, which obviously can make scratches/damage. So happened to my friends: the anchor going up on the waves touched the front of the boat and made a 3x1 cm scratch. The Agent (later on it appeared to be very well known form such behavior rude women working for MG Yachts Ltd.) wanted to keep the whole deposit of 300 EUR for the repair of the small damage. I think that's her idea how to improve the profitability of the business... I'm sure it will happen many times in the season if not by every charter, if there are waves bigger than 30 cm by anchoring. After strong negotiations my friends paid eventually 150 EUR - for the damage caused by the construction mistake (lack of steel protection). My humble advise to the owner(s) of MG Yacht: train the women in terms of approach to the customers otherwise you will loose a lot of customers... Responding to the answer: 1. what happened to the photos? :-) I understand you are ashamed and cancelled them... 2. The small scratch 3x1cm was the only damage! 3. Last but not least - it's clearly stated in my opinion that I was not the skipper on that boat, just came to help my friends, as I found the charge much too high. Last but not least - you do with the feedback whatever you want...

I cannot even remember how many times I've been on a holiday with MG Yachts. Each and every time I was amazed by their hospitality and eagerness to cooperate about the smallest details. Mary is very kind and welcoming, as well as her staff. If you are thinking of renting a boat, they are the company to go with! My sincerest recommendations!
