A nice big square with benches for people to sit and enjoy the view to the old Castle ruins and the nearby beach. Dare to cross the old bridge to the castle and reach the top of the island that hosts the castle and you'll get a closer and nicer look of the wonderful Tourlitis lighthouse. It's worth the walk off the center of Andro's Chora.
This monument honors all sailors who never returned from their voyage. It is a must to see place when you visit Andros!

Andros and all the beauty that makes up this island paradise is worth the trip. I never wanted to stay somewhere more than here. Leaving was a very sad day. I can't wait to return.
The statue is nice with a symbolic meaning,it refers to all the sailors who have gone missing in the sea. From there there is stoned bridge that leads to an old small foretress and you have a great view.
What a nice view of the sailor and the sea. I like this island since it still has the old traditional buildings all around the place and has a nice walk in the old City. I have been there during the Hike season as it consider as a nice destination for hiker since it has all the environment you need. Give it a visit and enjoy the nature all around the place.
