I bought an ION harness from the shop and i one year and a half the metal hook broke (Its not new to me I've broken another two harnesses so far the same way perhaps because with big air I put too much strain on the harness). I called the shop and they said that the harness was on its guaranty and they would replace the spreader (metal hook) of the harness the next time I would be on my kiting homespot (where the store is located) they will be there and replace it on the spot. And indeed that was exactly what happened and I was on the water again with a new spreader on my harness! Thank you a lot for that! Its very important to buy stuff from stores with great after sales service like this!
