Delivery from IKEA delayed (it was sent to them on 7/12 delivered on 22/12), the guy that delivered was rude, the order was incomplete and badly handled, stop using them please. Update 29/12: Have contacted IKEA (which were very helpful) about this incident, they told me they would pass on the complaints, DELATOLAS would contact me ASAP and that my lost item would get priority. Guess what? I'm still waiting! SHAME ON YOU, this is so unprofessional and if you cannot handle the work load either hire people or close your business. UNACCEPTABLE.

It was free delivery from IKEA with this company but I wold rather pay double than have them bring my furniture. Today is Sunday 18/10 and I am waiting fro them since 14/10 that they told they were going to deliver my furniture. For the past 5 days I was calling them several times a day and they never actually called or told me anything they just called me twice to tell me they are coming 1-4pm and they NEVER showed. By far the worst company. 0 communication 0 professionalism. Do not get involved with them.
I am expecting my order from IKEA. In the morning they called me from Delatolas to book an appointment for same day 12:30 - 14:30. .... Guess what ... still expecting them... I contact them back ... no feedback ... no even a call to inform that delivery will not take place.... APLOS APARADEKTOI.....
14 DAYS LATER AND NO PARCEL. PLEASE DON'tT USE THEM or any company that forces you to use them for delivery . phoned every number on the website and no answer except for logistics 1: the guy that answered was so rude and hung up the phone. they don't know anything about service and they need to train their staff better. never again. I prefer USING ACS
I really don’t know whether I should feel angry or pity for them. Actually the company is willing to accommodate the rendered (and quite pricy) services but it is too weak to manage them. No corporate culture, no policies and procedures seems like a paper floating on the water.. it’s 10 days now that I am trying to assemble my furnitures that I bought from IKEA (and the same company transferred them to my house) and I loose my time in helpless phone calls with several employees of the company which they are willing to assist but they just don’t know how... if you have alternatives to transfer and assemble your household better stay away from this company. They will ruin your mood without having results.

Worst Service EVER!! Avoid!!! Completely unprofessional, unreliable and unorganized.
12 days and the parcel have not yet delivered. No chance to reach a human at the call center.
