The company ILMAPLAST O.E was founded in 1993 having as main activity the manufacture and repair of injection-molds. However thanks to the remarkable experience of the owners, the company managed to expand its’ horizons to the domain of the production of plastic parts for aluminum systems as well as plastic products of all kinds. An important factor that leaded us to this direction was our collaboration with some of the largest and well-recognized aluminum extrusion company in Greece such as EUROPA, ALUMIL, ALUMINCO, POWERLOCK, ETEM, ALKAR e.t.c. The aluminum system industry is a highly volatile and rapidly growing sector that requires constant monitoring and adapting to the market-needs due to the fact that more and more aluminum-frame-series are being created, setting higher standards and expectations. Our company, with modern equipment and highly trained staff, is able to meet, directly and reliably, the needs of its clients and partners by manufacturing molds and producing plastic parts according to the needs of our clients. PLASTIC PRODUCTION : Our company owns a contemporary production unit, consisting of injection-machines, able to produce all types of plastic parts. Following every time the market-rhythm we are in the position to produce on behalf of our customer plastic products at highly competitive prices, combining always speed delivery time and high quality. The Quality control of the produced products is our main concern and is performed at all stages of the production process until the final delivery of the goods to the customer. Also, the coexistence of the engineering-laboratory with the production plant boosts up the production process at a maximum level, intervening with corrective changes and repairs whenever and wherever is necessary. Thus, simultaneously, we contribute to the efficiency of the production cycle and the proper handling and maintenance of the molds.
