The worst customer experience ever. My flight was canceled due to coronovirus disease about 4 months ago and I didn't get my money back yet. I tried to contact the company a lot of times but they don't have an answer to me. They told me that I have to wait.

Found a tiny spelling mistake of my last name 3hours before the departure.( the ticket was bought just around 5-6 hours prior to the departure) Send email to the booking company for name amending first and Called this airline company immediately. They asked me for passport details first and asked me to wait. After a long wait, they asked me to send them the photo of my passport. After another long wait they told me they can’t change my name and asked me to contact the booking company instead, who replied no after I hanged up the phone and explained afterwards it’s because airline fare rules. This airline company also told me that Russian customers can amend the name but Chinese and Britain customers can’t. I won’t judge the nature of the policy here. The thing is I can’t even find the policy on their English website! And even if there is the policy, they would be able to told me they can’t amend my name for me once they know my passport details!( is it so hard for them to tell my passport is not a Russian passport when I was even speaking standard Chinese to them at the same time?!) the airline company even spilled the beans when I called them that the seats had been occupied by others already (“there is no seats” as they said) when I was asking them to amend my name — I haven’t even cancelled my tickets how they can do that! ) I had to buy another ticket for myself as well as another one for my mom since we go together. and there is no refund promised by this company for the previous tickets after they refused to change my name! Couldn’t have worse experience with airline company! Tons of lies!
I wish I could give this airline no stars! The staff is rude. They delayed (for now, hopefully not lost) all baggage that came from jfk. They said I will get my bag the next day. I called them the next day and they confirmed that I would get my bags between 4-9pm. I called them repeatedly after 4pm and no one responded. Ruined our vacation. The airplanes are small and dingy too. Never again!
