The Fifty-Fifty Project is an NGO, created in order to empower Millennial women in the corporate and entrepreneurial world. We contribute to the development of female professionals in sectors where women's participation is low. In parallel, we showcase those companies that support gender equality and encourage women to apply for leadership positions. We provide Millennial women with: - Networking events - "Bridging The Gap"​ company events - Tips and advice from our male ambassadors through our "EmpowerHer"​ campaign ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Είμαστε ένας Μη Κερδοσκοπικός Οργανισμός που δημιουργήθηκε με σκοπό την ενδυνάμωση των νέων γυναικών στον εταιρικό και επιχειρηματικό κόσμο. Βοηθάμε στην ανάπτυξη των γυναικών επαγγελματιών σε κλάδους όπου η γυναικεία συμμετοχή είναι χαμηλή. Παράλληλα, προβάλλουμε τις εταιρείες που υποστηρίζουν την ισότητα των φύλων στο περιβάλλον τους και συμβάλλουν στην ανάπτυξη των γυναικών σε ανώτερες θέσεις.
