They don't let others even into the reception area to accompany applicants. You have to wait outside in the summer heat. Their website is not user friendly and then you have to print two extra sets of information (one page to show you've uploaded copy documents and then another email that confirms payment). What on earth is the 65 charge for when you choose the self service option and do everything online? Why do you have to print anything at all? And the payment seems to have gone to a UK company, so they should know better! Guess it's the UK home office ultimately that doesn't really give a damn and outsources these services to profit driven companies who just try and sell you a fast service for more than twice the amount. Why can't people be treated all equal and all given a speedy service? Let's see how long it actually takes from today!

There is not a single appointment available to book, at any price, at your visa application centre in Athens. This is in spite of the fact that I check every day and that the information showing on the booking page that: 'Important: Our Visa Application Centre is now open for new appointments.' This contradiction and complete lack of appointment availability has been a problem with all recent applications, making it impossible for joint applicants to attend appointments at the same time or even the same day and causing huge amounts of stress and anxiety. When I submitted a complaint on the website, explaining that I have been checking the appointments every day, I received the following response: 'Dear Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Please be kindly informed that according to our system currently all appointment slots are fully booked. We kindly advise you to keep checking the monitor in your TLScontact account for new available appointments regularly. Thank you for your understanding.' This response was not helpful.

I'm supposed to book an appointment here in 30 days...no one responds to emails...the phone line does not even work...What is the British Home Office doing associating with this organisation?? Seriously is this the best service they can find for their citizens??? What a joke.

I would not even give them one star. worst services they don't even have good communication with UKVI. its better to chose VFS they have good communication with UKVI they are way better then TLS. i will not recommend you TLS at all, if you wanna be in stress or become phycological patient then chose TLS.

Total bunch of scammers and time wasters. Like another reviewer said - they provide five word answers to every query,..so you have to email again and wait another 3 days for a response that's another 5 words long. I can't imagine how an office can be so rubbish.
