A very interesting place, huge piece of ancient history. Many fast turtles to watch and some cats, too. If you are visiting in the summer season, it’s worth buying the combined ticket for 30 which allows you to enter Acropolis, Kerameikos, both agoras, the Temple of Zeus and a couple of other archaeological sites.

The museem is part of the ceramics site. This is very nice place to see many old ruins in Athens. In addition, the old ceramics are really nice and some statues are just amazing. The entrance is part of the archeological pass you can buy to visit the other sites (I had a 5-day pass). You need circa 1 hour to visit this site, so no reason not to do it. The museem itself is quite small so that's quite quick to view everything.

You are free to explore the area, there are quite a few tombs here. Part of the combo ticket. Wasn't crowded but it was pandemic year.

So much of history I’m just one place. Incredible site where you can see the city walls and many of its old buildings. The Cemetery is just a part of this giant site. Included in the 30 pass

Excellent on-site relics as well as a little but quite cosy museum. I would recommend it!

I loved walking through Kerameikos Cemetery. On my walk I encountered a number of tortoises that were delightful to watch and learned a lot about the site and life in ancient Greece. Really informative and less popular site.

The museum was beautiful, the place is clean, we came upon tortoise while wandering in this unique place. Best to do in the late afternoon because of few shady spots!
