My daughters and I had a wonderful cooking class with our chef Sophia. What a delight she is. We cooked a 7 course meal and then ate it with Sophia who shared stories of her life in Greece. We took home a book of recipes and will definitely be preparing them. This was a great experience. I highly recommend. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Athens.

The cooking class was fantastic, truly a highlight of our trip to Athens. Anais was an excellent teacher. We loved the food in Greece and it was great to learn how to make some of these things at home. Highly recommend.

סדנת בישול מדהימה! נהננו מאוד מכל סוגי המנות וגם המדריכה הייתה מאוד נחמדה, מצחיקה והעבירה לנו הסבר על כל סוגי המנות והבישול היווני. כל חומרי הגלם היו טריים וטובים. לאחר שבישלנו את המנות ישבנו כמו במסעדה וחילקו לנו את האוכל שהכנו. הכל היה טעים מאוד! אוכל יווני מסורתי ברמה ועם מבחר. בין המנות - קציצות זוגיני, ציזיקי, תבשיל כבש ותפוחי אדמה ופשטידת תרד. כמו כן, קינוח יוגורט עם חלב מרוכז שהזכיר פאי לימון. חוויה שאסור לפספס! כאחת שעשתה סדנאות בישול באירופה בהחלט סדנת בישול ברמה גבוהה. הנוף מחוץ לבניין יפה מאוד מול האקרופליס.
