We spent the full day with Demitris. As Athens is his home town, he knows exactly where to go and when. We started at the Acropolis early to avoid the crowds and get the morning light. It was perfect. The great Ansel Adams famously said, \A good photograph is knowing where to stand\. As Demitris is a professional photographer with a lifetime in Athens, he can help guide you on where to stand to take some wonderful photos. We shared a taste lunch together at one of his favorite spots. Spending the day with Dimitris was wonderful and unforgettable. We will be writing about this experience for travelisbeautiful. You can not go wrong with Athens Photo Tours. It was a fantastic experience.

I don't usually write reviews but the time we spent with Athens Photo Tour deserves the recognition. My wife and I hired Athens Photo tour to shoot our family of 5 during our trip to Athens. We couldn't have been more impressed with not only the quality of the photos but the connection Dimitri made with our family, which translated through the final product. When we saw our pictures, we were so amazed at the way he captured such special moments with our family. Dimitri put us at ease from the beginning, and made an attempt to get to know all 3 of our kids in a unique and special way, which I believe helped create a comfortable environment for our kids to be photographed in. Our 3 year old daughter is a little shy around strangers, especially men, but 10 mins after meeting with Dimitri, he had her laughing and dancing to a point where he was able to capture her completely at ease. The locations he selected were perfect, embodying the spirit of Athens without using cookie cutter locations we've seen in all the other shots. Dimitri also gave us quick but meaningful historical insights about each location and their significance to Athens. We highly recommend Athens Photo Tour if you're looking for someone to shoot your vacation to Athens.
I traveled alone in Santorini and wanted to have someone to capture best memory for me. I booked the photo shoot session at the last minute and Athens Photo replied and arrange my photo shoot shortly at almost midnight. The photographer Panos was amazing. He did a great job by giving clear pose instructions and cheering me. The photos were delivered very quickly. I am absolutely happy with the photos he took. It was the best travel experience I’ve ever had. Definitely recommended.
This was the best use of my time to see as many of the significant sites in Athens and be able to photograph them in a very short window of time. I opted to do the 8-hour walking tour and it did not disappoint. We actually saw many more sites than I expected and with the exception of not going into any museums (I could do that on a separate day), we walked over 24,000 steps, (10mi/14km) and visited all the spots I had on my list and then some!
I hired Athens Photo Tour to shoot my recent travels to Oia Santorini. I booked them for two hours, and I'm thrilled to have worked with Panos. I had a great time spending several hours with Vasilis as my guide. I had the sunrise and sunset tours. Vasilis is quite knowledgeable and knows photography welll. We visited several spots with great perspective of Acropolis, and other main historic sites. I wish had more time to get other tours with him. Highly recommend.
Panos was a great guide - knew the history and got me in all the right locations to shoot the top sights of Athens
Dimitris was great and everything went very well. The cruise ship I was on visited Athens for two days and enjoyed the Sunrise tour of Athens. Knowing where the best spot was really helped and I would recommend this tour to anyone.
