Friendly environment, lovely bar tender good DJ and music. A small fix beer cost 5. Worth trying. I could say the best gay bar in Athens I’ve been in so far. Hope COVID-19 doesn’t get this bar. #BigBar #Athens

Friendly staff nice music location near metro lovely bears
This place is a cornerstone of Athenian gay culture. The ambiance is open, friendly and comfortable with colored lights and amazing music played by DJ Kostas. The best element, and most recent development, is that the bar is ENTIRELY SMOKE FREE! There is a small cabaret space used for special themed nights like drag shows or the “Haircules” competition where the ‘bear of the year’ is selected at the end of each summer during Bear Pride. By American standards, the price of drinks is on the higher end ranging from about 4 for non alcoholic beverages to about 7 for call drinks. However, these prices are the standard in such places. The music is well curated, but can be a bit loud at times. Plan your visit, unlike bars in other countries, there is no concept of happy hour, so you can’t just drop in on a weekday or after work. The staff is friendly and the pours are generous for the price. The clientele is also friendly, but sometimes shy. Most speak english so if you leave without making a few new friends, it’s only because you didn’t initiate an introduction.
Nice and very crowded place (in weekendays). Cool people bear-lish style, cool (mostly pop) music and nice drinks at average prices to drink. In the very center is a much good option to spend a night and maybe get into across someone. It's a bar so no pay at entrance.
This place is a ripoff. 6 euros for an ouzo, are you serious!? I could buy the bottle for that much. Of all the great bars in Athens, this place has no soul, people unfriendly, music too loud, not sexy, just nothing good about it. Don’t bother going unles you want to be disrespected and treated badly.
This place was awesome! Almost had a Chicago style feel to it but definitely still it’s own spin. We got there pretty early so it wasn’t too busy since they open at 10PM like a true bar! Took the bus which is great in Greece. The place is kinda hidden and was a bit turned off at first because the bar is kinda in the middle of a residential street. Plus one has to be careful about going to this type of bar in another country (which is totally bs but not the point) Once we got there we ordered drinking which where a bit pricey but we had fun. Definitely a good mixed crowd and no issues. The bartender was awesome. We found a spot at the end where there server waiting for drinks and people watched all night. They had an awesome DJ that night as well. Bartender took care of us too! Too bad the bartender doesn’t drink!
Beautiful Bar, best in Athens! Christos the bar owner makes you feel right at home. Great conversation if you need any help around town Christos is very knowledgeable. Love this bar! Big bear kiss to Christos
Could be a great friendly place . . . but the smoke ! I couldn't stand more than 20 minutes in there &, when I got home, all my clothes & jacket STANK of smoke. Come on guys, this is 2019.
