After reading the reviews I was quite worried. We live 2 hours away and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into... as I too work in a similar center but in Tripoli. Went the day before my op, for the tests, the receptionist was helpful even after getting spoken rudely by the previous person. The nurses were really informative to all the tests I was doing and that took less than 1hour. Op done went to the room, clean, spacious. The nurses very helpful. Because I live 2hours from Athens. The paper work from the hospital had to get mailed to me.. as I had to leave as soon as I got discharged, due to the weather. The hospital sent the paper work the very next day. With a courier. I received them a day later.. (normally you would wait a week) I'm very pleased with the service I received and the attention I was give as a patient. Yes parking is a issue.Thats the only negative remark I have to give.

I had an appointment and the doctor was late over an hour, I asked to reschedule but they had me to call on a phone to do that while I was in the hospital...
Very good hospital. I have been three times. The Staff is very helpful. Thanks and appreciation to Dr Katafigiotis for everything he did to me.
A mess. I had to go there after I got injured in my hotel. The wrong adress was given to the hotel. So the taxi stopped in front of nowhere. Took 25 mm instead of 5. The clinique was supposed to have somebody waiting for. Again 30mm to see a doctor for 5mm 250 euros! My advise don’t be sick in Greece. Chaos, expensive and ineffective
40 minutes delay even I had booked an appointment. Doctor just prescribed a non-prescription atural\ medicine after concluding that I had no flu although I mentioned I had fever some days in the raw. I paid 20 euros and of course I went to another doctor for a private appointment.
Total mess, worst experience ever, never again.
Hospital just a step above the public sector hospitals. Nurses and doctors that are just mentioning all the time that you have to pay you have to pay you have to pay. Hygiene level worst than a public hospital. Many many days waiting to find a gap in the time schedule of exams to arrange an exam... Some times it is more than three weeks. STAY AWAY AT ANY COST! . After being for many years with Allianz I am looking for another healthcare provider to get access in other hospitals and not only with bioclinic that they offer in their healthcare plans.
Thank you for all the the good work. Excellent doctors and nurses. The team combine all the effort to make you feel better.
