What a place! The most wonderful family run wine bar we've ever been to! The wine selection was incredible, we samples 9 wines between us, all were amazing. The cheeses were heavenly, special shout out to the hot pepper chutney. The owner and family were just lovely too, so passionate about wine! We only popped in for a quick drink before dinner and ended up staying until near closing time! Loved it.

Fantastic gem of a place run by a very knowledgeable and warm husband and wife clearly devoted to ensuring their customers have a great experience. The charcuterie and cheese boards were heaven (truffle salami is gorgeous!) and the wine tasting experience very reasonably priced. All in all a great evening - can’t fault it!
An absolute must visit when in Athens! The owners are wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and take a delight in hosting their guests as though you were in their own home. Cinque offers a fabulous selection of wines at great prices, delicious platters of meats and cheeses with regional variations so you can sample the best of Greece's food and wine offerings. I've recommended it to international as well as Greek friends and it's always been well received and loved - make it your local when you're in Athens, you won't regret it!
The one not-to-miss in Athens. You got into a wine journey with Evangelia & Grigoris, who are obviously wine lovers and owners. I have been here 3 years ago and had great experience. When i came back this year, things got even better than my memories. Cinque has kept improving and made my experience even more personal. The wine the delight bites are perfect. Thank you for wrapping our last night in Athens with a perfect time. To earn a return from a tourist is not an easy task but Cinque could do it. I know for sure I will be here again next time I’m in Athens.
Cinque is worth the hype! I've been twice already to Cinque with my other half and we intend to visit many more times. Cinque is not a restaurant, mind you, so if you are looking for a full menu, this is not the place for you. However it is indeed the place for you if you are looking for a cosy little wine bar with a great selection of greek wines that are served by the glass as well. It is the place for you if you are looking for smiles, knowledge and warm service! Make a reservation if you are going to visit with a group of friends because the place has got loyal friends and customers and seating can be a problem since it's tiny! They do offer with great care a great variety of platters with products from all over Greece that will keep your appetite totally satisfied. The chutneys that are served with the platters are delicious. I find the prices affordable and matching the quality of the products. The wine list is oriented on the greek terroir and it is quite extended and very lovingly chosen. They also offer wine flights, ask them for help if you are interested. In the end I have to mention the people; it always comes to the people in my book. The owners, a polite and smiling couple, are always eager to explain everything you might not know and give you advise on what you could choose from their lists depending on your taste. They do speak excellent english and french as well so fear not! If you are in Athens, you have to give Cinque a chance. Most possibly you are going to love it!
I came across this wine bar during a short visit to Athens – thoroughly enjoyed it! The owners are knowledgeable about the diversity of Greek wine from all over the country, and are extremely helpful in helping me find the right wine for the night. Their son works in wine production – I hope very soon they will be showing his wine in the bar! I didn’t manage to go the following night and unfortunately it doesn’t open on a Sunday. I really want to say thank you for their hospitality! But - Cinque will be one of the first places I go to when I visit Athens again (hopefully soon!)
The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local wins and all the wines in Greece. The food platter is amazing and specially selected form different regions of Greece. You are given a map with information for your wine tasting as well as a video on an ipad to further inform you about your wines. The house made chutney are delicious! I would come back to Athens just to come to this wine bar again! Thank you
Swung by this wine bar for a late night tipple. It’s quaint and peaceful compared to some of the busy bars in Psyrri. The owners are so lovely, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are also definitely COVID safe. I really enjoyed the wine and although I didn’t have a meat/cheese platter they looked incredible! Definitely will come back
