Absolutely unethical and unprofessional! I had arranged, with one of the sales ladies, a fixxed price for my therapy and I had done it 5 or 6 times already. A few days ago they called me to arrange the next appointment and when I went for my treatment, they announced to me just before the treatment that the price is not the same any more and I had to pay more, even for this specific treatment I was having this day! When I said that this is ridiculous and asked them why they didn't inform me about the price change, when they called me for the appointment arrangement, they said that the girls from the call center are not informed about the price changes! Of course I just left and I am definitely not returning back ever! In a period of general economic and health crisis they act as a complete scam! Stay away! There are far more professional and client oriented dermatological centers! I should have trusted my instict when I first read their negative reviews! They have acted unethically to many of their clients, they will do it to you too! Regarding your reply, I will not stick to how unprofessional it is to be unable to find a confirmed appointment, and I will try to trust your honesty that you indeed can't, but I will help you in finding that, by giving you the exact date and time. Did my laser treatment there and the results where way more than I anticipated. Really satisfied and I would definitely recommend it.
To avoid for few reasons: I called them 1x couple months ago and then found very lovely cosmetologist elsewhere. Last week this clinic sent me direct email asking if they should book an appointment, I thought why not to try and to see if I find something better than my current one. So, they used ever ever anything happened\ but I am going to these kind of treatment for few years and I always talk to doctors, there is no such a treatment that is 100% without possible side effects. She all the time tried to push me with repeating that I need this and that, hello, it's my face, I am able to decide when I need certain treatment! Very bad overall impression just a chain clinic that will do absolutely everything that you will e willing to pay for. They also pushed treatment that was not advised by my previous doctors. All they care is your money, they absolutely dont see a human/personality behind the wallet, and turning you into a product by trying to grab your data (read well data consent part) and selling things that other doctors wouldn't do in current situation. Also I just noticed that almost all 5 star reviewers has only 1 review and it is this 5* review for this clinic, it is very common fake review indicator be vigilant! Reply to reply: I had appointment at 20.00 21st if october. It is common to put initials on internet instead of full name, but still a good try.
I read all the reviews on this medical group and the majority are very bad reviews. I still wanted to come in for a consultation and be my own judge on this place. Unfortunately this is another group that does not care about the patients needs. All they want is to push you to have a treatments done right away. The sales person has bad side manners. All she is concerned is about .
Very professional, courteous and quick service. Every staff member that I have encountered has always been very polite and I am super satisfied with the laser hair removal machine. It is a new machine, efficient, and pain is minimal. Additionally, they have 2 machines and my daughter and I can schedule simultaneous appointments. Our appointments have always been on time, as well. So glad we found this place!
I had an appointment at your clinic in Glyfada and had a procedure done by Dr. Marianna Mylona. I was extremely happy with the results, dr. Mylona was very professional and has excellent bedside manners. She answered all my questions and I would definitely recommend her to any patient.
