I was about to make a purchase for a product. I called twice to clarify a couple of points, right before actually submitting the payment. I was unable to reach someone who could help me answer/resolve my questions and also they did not call me back, even though I left them my phone number and was promised to receive a call.

Prices are ok (a little more expensive than skroutz.gr) personnel are a little desorganised (not only on covid period) they make mistakes on orders and some of them are rude.
There is a big problem with the click away service. I was try to reset my password and I was need two tries for confirmation email to my account by cosmodata.That's for redicilus Show.
Good selection of computer accessories and peripherals in one of the oldest computer stores in Athens. Can get very crowded so preorder your stuff to avoid extra hassle.
