My husband and made and payed for reservations for the ferry from Naxos to Paros for September but Covid put an end to our plans. Recently, I found my reservation information and wondered if we could use the ticket in the future if we are once again allowed to travel. I emailed FerryHopper, never expecting a response and was pleasantly surprised by an immediate response from Christina, from the Customer Service Team. She assured me that our tickets would be valid for 18 months and then answered several other questions of the course of two or three emails. The online reservation for a connection between Mykonos and Santorini was easy and smooth. Unfortunately the travel had to be canceled due to reinforcement of covid restrictions requirements of the government. The person of Ferryhopper assistance was very professional on the phone, I received an outstanding support in the cancelation process with valuable tips and detailed contacts for alternative solutions in such volatile context. No doubt I will choose Ferryhopper for another opportunity

Great customer service! When my ferry was cancelled due to COVID-19, the ferry company would not issue a refund (despite the tickets being sold as refundable). The Ferryhopper team contacted the ferry company for me and was able to get my full fare refunded. I will book with them in the future knowing that they will do everything in their power to help if things don't go as planned.

Handy app to have for booking ferries around Greece! Prices are competitive too since they don't take a percentage on top. Great customer service too if you need anything or a refund, etc.
