Great service for ferry booking. Very helpful, fast and easy to contact via chat customer service. If I could suggest something for improvement is the choice to create an account and keep my personal information, ferry companies bonus cards etc. Also, it would be great if the availability check for vehicles was before the list with the available itineraries so I would see only those that have availability for vehicles and persons.

I had a very good experience with them during the covid period. They always came up with solutions and were very receptive. Congratulations! I will definitely use ferryscanner from now on. Especially since there are the lowest prices on such a portal. As a note, do something to save the data, the ability to create an account because I usually buy more tickets in one vacation.

While the booking service is very convenient and easy to use, the true colours of a company always come to show when things do not go according to plan. Our flight was delayed by a few hours and we missed the ferry ride. To provide for a scenario like this, we took out the relevant insurance offered on the ferryscanner website. Upon requesting a refund through the purchased insurance, we were informed that this is the problem of the airline and they will not even consider this any further. Then what was the purpose of purchasing insurance? So in future, use their services only the actual ferry booking. Do not trust them with insurance - the information provided was misleading and even fraudulent.
