Every time I am in Athens, I am sure to stop by this gem of a place. Dimitrius Ganas is a wonderful human who takes care to make sure that his customers are happy. There's a story behind every carpet and trinket that are in the shop -- just ask him and listen to the stories. The carpets are just beautiful. My partner and I bought these mini carpets that are some of our favorite staples from our time abroad. Stop in, take a look, and get a carpet!

Walking the beautiful streets of Athens i came into Dimitris shop and instantly fell in love with a silk carpet. Went one year later to the shop and i got not one but two of them. Just couldn't bear the thought of separate them so now i have them (finaly) in my home. If you are a carpet fan you don't have to miss this little, lovely, welcoming and full of stories shop. You can find famous silk, wool or cotton carpets as well as charming and affordable gifts for family and friends. Dimitris will welcome you into his shop and you will be priviledged with a carpet history for free. Trust me, he knows everything and he's so able to combine his knowledge with the greek hospitality. I recently moved into a new apartment and i think that carpets can really give a warm touch to a house. I went to Dimitris shop not knowing what would suit best my place and my already existing furniture and accessories. Dimitris was very nice and available to come to my place and see the architecture and the colours to advise me with choosing my carpets. It’s so nice to see that people still do this, get involved personally and they’re not only into selling at any cost. I’m very happy with my carpets. The quality is outstanding and i also got a really good price plus coffee from Dimitris. He’s very friendly and does his job with passion and interest. He’s also very good at repairing carpets but i hope i won’t need this service soon. I will go back for coffe and a nice quality chat with him, anytime. Thank you, Dimitris.
