A very relaxing experience, calms your soul and makes you feel reborn. The staff is fully experienced knowing exactly how to do their job. The atmosphere is majestic and relaxing too. A bit pricey the personalized massage I've tried, but the best is always expensive. We are talking about Greece's most historic and most luxurious hotel
Horrible experience, i came here for pedicure and i expected a luxurious treatment but instead i ended up with a swollen toe because it was done unprofessionally. The room was crowded, busy and small. Very basic for a ‘ luxurious ‘ spa. Trust me, you dont wanna go there.
Ενώ είχαμε προπληρωμένη κράτηση, αρνήθηκαν να μας παραλάβουν το αυτοκινητο!!! Αδιανόητο για υποτίθεται το καλύτερο ξενοδοχειο στην Αθηνα, να μην έχω δυνατότητα να αφήσω το αυτοκινητο στον παρκαδόρο του ξενοδοχείου! Και εννοείται πως θα πληρώναμε το πάρκινγκ.. και όλοι αγενείς!! Κρίμα.. Σου χαλάνε τη διάθεση γιατί απλά δεν υπάρχει επαγγελματισμός..
Άψογος χώρος ,εξυπηρετικοτατο το προσωπικό με χαμόγελο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν!!!
Μόνο ο χώρος αξίζει.Αδικαιολόγητα ακριβό για την υπηρεσία που προσφέρει.
