Nice and clean hotel near the city center!
Nice, clean, affordable, silent good place, of you are looking for quite place to sleep after a long journey. If you looking for socializing, this ain't a place.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Hotel Frida has been one of the best things about our stay in Athens. We booked 6 nights and wouldn’t have minded staying 6 more. The folks who run the hotel are incredibly nice. The hotel is very clean, and a great bang for your buck. You can walk to almost anywhere you need to go, but it is a longer walk. We didn’t mind so much because we saw so much cool stuff, it was a great way to explore the city. Just for reference we spent a lot of time in the hip Exarcheia neighborhood (10 min walk), took a taxi to the Vouliagmeni beach (18 euros) and the Acropolis (10 euros or so) and walked to the Playce board game cafe (30 mins). It’s been a great trip, and having hotel Frida as a home base was a big part of why it’s been so great!
