In my experience everything went smooth! They could not reach me in the morning and came back an hour later with my order. Courier was making sure that I was also contacted by a phonecall! In fact, they did everything right! Bad reviews scared me, but to me it was clear they know about the issue and working hard to fix it! Excellent job guys, I have to give 5stars today!

The worst courier ever, do not work with them. I called them many times nobody responded. Later a lady picked up but her behaviour was awful. She was very rude, used an informal language. I waited my order 10 days.
I havent experienced worse courier services than this one. After one month of waiting, I was forced to request a refund for the product that was never delivered (ordered on April 9th). I tried to contact courier multiple times, but with no solution. Never got any call back as promised, people with who I was in contact were so rude and didn't show any willingness to help, honestly I couldn't believe how people working in customer service could have such manners, it was shocking... I do not recommend ICC courier to anyone, unless you want to waste your time, energy, and nerves.
The worst courier ever. For one week I have been waiting a box from Jumbo with the gifts for my kids for Easter. They came, called the phone which I did not manage to pick up as was putting the baby for sleep. I called back in 10 min but no reply. It's just the next day that I managed to get in touch with the company (the phone was busy all the time!!!), and they suggest delivery two days after Easter. The lady on the phone is not helpful at all - AT ALL!

Their tracking system is a joke. Nobody answers the phones! Supposed that they would deliver the parcel the next day and 4 days later I didn't received it, yet! By far the worst courier service!
By far the worst courier service I have ever encountered! Nobody answers the phones, their website is an atrocity, their tracking system rubbish and the people that delivered the parcel last time (because unfortunately I had to deal with them several times) were rude and really unwashed. Giving the 1 star is a necessity as there is no minus option.
