Impossible to get in touch with them by phone. They changed my delivery method and date an endless amount of times without informing me. Staff is nice, but it doesn't make up for the lack of communication. They might be a premium reseller but there was nothing premium about my experience shopping with them.

My whole experince with them was a nightmare, they never respond customer's email and they work with their own terms. Never buy anything from them online, as you will not receive the service you have askd for.
Bad service and rude employee. They supposed to provide the same service as if you would be in an Apple store but they don’t . I requested a battery replacement under the limited warranty and they refuse to repair it. I also explained the phone has more issues and they refused to inspect it.
Really bad support, takes forever to get in contact and they keep changing the delivery option by themselves.

The worse service I had so far by any phone store ever by any company in any country !! I simply needed to purchase a new battery for my old iPhone 7 as I had just purchased a new iPhone 11. They did not have a batter EY but they promised they will call me as soon as it arrives - a couple of days they estimated. 10 days later I still had not heard back and I had called to the store client service line many times when after waiting for a bit was eventually disconnected!! Later, when my husband passed by Plateia Kolonakiou and I asked him to check with them they were unable to say if it would take a few days, a week or a few months for the battery to arrive!! At the question as to why it is impossible to reach them by phone they responded this is a problem of their telephone center and they could not comment! When asking for a direct number to reach them - the answer was that they could not provide such number !! The problems was like it was our problem really for asking their services or maybe Apple’s!?! I wonder is this really the premium shop for serving apple or is this again our problem for thinking so?!
