Comfortable modern coach to Delphi. Excellent guide Mariana gave us lots of interesting information on Athens, the countryside and the archeological site. Nice lunch at Symposium restaurant. Can highly recommend this Day tour.

Our family took three tours with Key; Temple of Poseidon, Delphi, and the three islands. The motor coaches were new and clean. The tour guides were knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Went to see the Temple of Poseidon with KT, 100% recommend. The tour lasted about 4 hours including the journey too and from Athens, great guide who gave us plenty of information on site and plenty of trivia on the coach of the area and coast on the way down. Must do day trip in my opinion
We have a tour booked with them for this summer under a free cancellation policy (until 24 hours before the date). After all that is happening, our flight was cancelled and my partner emailed them to cancel our tour (because it is FREE cancellation!!) and they emailed us a voucher for 18 months instead. They said we can have our money back after 18 months if we don’t use the voucher. We do not agree with that, we NEED our money back. They said lots of people in Greece live from tourism, well, we live from the money we make and we need it now because these are hard times for everybody. We cannot wait 18 months to have our money back! It is totally insane. They said this is some kind of law in Greece now, and I believe it but cannot agree with it. Other tours and hotels already refunded our money, even without a free cancellation policy, but key tour is not complying with its free cancellation policy. Furthermore, they answered to our first email with the voucher but never heard from them again even that we sent a couple of emails after that. We are truly disappointed and would never recommend this agency.
Delphi was well worth the visit, but I wish we had booked with another tour group apart from Key Tours. Do not accept their pick up service. Instead plan to meet them at the final pick up location near the the monument of The Unknown Soldier. We rode the bus for an hour just picking up other participants. Our guide Marianne was very knowledgable and provided a depth of knowledge throughout the tour, but several other employees we encountered from Key Tours were rude. WiFi is meant to be provided on the bus, but it did not work consistently. In Delphi, our guide walked us through to the main part of the archeological site, but then left us for an 1 1/4hr to “explore” on our own. It would have been preferred for Marianne to walk us through the entire site, and then give us time to meander on our own. We missed several of the sites listed in the highlights of the tour because we did not understand where we could and could not explore in the site. Other guests we spoke with on the tour felt this way as well. The restaurant you stop to eat in is run of the mill for tours with a limited menu. There is a small town we passed on the way to the restaurant. I wish the tour would consider stopping there to provide guests more dining options. I strongly recommend Delphi, but I urge you to consider other tour options.
We have greatly enjoyed our trip to Delphi and Meteora. Everything was exactly as advertised, with no point in schedule missed, and every part of 'amenities' (transport, accomodation,meals) provided comfort. We were skillfully educated by our guides, who obviously have a lot of knowledge and passion for their job. We'd like to especially distinguish our second guide, Anastasia - who went above and beyond in helping us with a very difficult situation (thank you again, Anastasia!). Overall, we heartily recommend not just this trip but Key Tours in general.
Had a great time on the trip to Delphi. Was easy as pie. They picked us up at our hotel on time. Our bus driver Zach was great. Was able to maneuver through tight streets like a champ, and our tour guide Eva was great. She was very knowledgeable, clearly enjoyed speaking about what we were seeing and was able to answer all of our questions and made the tour fun. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a tour. I learned a lot of interesting facts and stories from Eva that made the time in Athens more interesting as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
The guide was fabulous and navigated the crowded area around the Acropolis very well. Was full of useful information as to be expected.
