No plastic seat covers were used as a prevention measure for Covid-19. No analytical form provided regarding the technical inspection as their competitors do. Other than that, they were quick and just ok with a useless (to me) gift which I read in other reviews that is optional. I was not offered that option.
Well organized both on technical services and on customer care. I visit the place every two years for the necessary check and never have to worry about. Reminder mails, easy to arrange appointment at my convenience. Waiting time is the minimum required and there is a lobby area with facilities. Full report at the end. Discounts for repeated customers offered.
