This was my first 5 star hotel I've ever been in so maybe they are all like this. But I expected to be greeted Everytime I entered the hotel or left. Instead I got cold expressions. The hotel is nice but I had just come from a 4 star in Santorini and the service there was night and day compared to here

Avoid this hotel at all cost. This is a three star hotel at best, furniture is cracked and outdated, the room looks like a motel 8. On top of this, they double charged me and did not want to issue a refund, after multiple conversations they lied about upgrading me if the room I was in is an upgrade I cannot even imagine what their standard room would be.
The intereur in my room was slightly outdated but well looked after. Staff was friendly. Solid performance and the value for money was not too bad. (And it does not get any more central.)
If you have some spare then this hotel is perfect. Very clean, a proper hairdryer with power and all the attachments!!!! Spacious rooms. Opposite Syntagma Square, and walking distance to Plaka and Ermou St. Would recommend.
Wonderful hotel in Athens. Very nice and clean. Short walk to the Acropolis and great food and drink spots. Helpful staff and very comfortable beds. We had a balcony with a great view overlooking the city.
Everything you need. Location is central and everything within walking distance.. Syntagma station, square, Ermo, Plaka en even walking to Acropolis. Second time back and will be back again :-)
I went to Athens Plaza café last week. The second floor of the café was quiet. Simply decorated with helpful and kind staff. I ordered a tee but i think it could be better. There wasn't big selection in the menu and i found it "poor" for this particular hotel.
The hotel is not the 5 stars hotel you can imagine. The hotel is quite "old" and it needs to be renovated. The position is good and the breakfast is standard. Nothing wrong but nothing special.
