Nice big building but not worth the detour if there isn’t an event going on or if the restaurant or patio is closed.

A stunning modern building with interesting arts events going on inside. There is a top quality restaurant upstairs, so visit if you've got the time. I went to a very interesting film here as part of a week of culture. The staff are very helpful and showed us what was going on here and in other parts of the city.
