I usually use another company ( I live in Piraeus so you figure it) but I stick to 18300 when I move around the Northern suburbs or other areas . They always come on time , the taxis are clean and the drivers professional. I definitely recommend them

Excellent service! I took a ride twice at hectic hours, they were prompt and absolutely professional! The taxi drivers were friendly, and the vehicle was in good condition and clean. Highly recommended! (Extra plus: they accept mastercard/ visa )

Never showed up for a taxi appointment. Never called to say what's going on, unprofessional, not trustworthy, unreliable.
ΒΕ CAREFULL THE DOUBLE CHARGE DURING THE DAY!!!!! On saturday at 8.30pm I took a taxi to me from Politia to Zappio. At Amarousi i noticed that the driver (160) had turned on the double charge on the meter(there was a 2 showing on the meter where there should have been a 1). I asked the driver why this was and he started making endless excuses e.g. the meter wasn't well secured on the board and when he tried to fix it he accidentally hit the double charge button etc. I asked him to tell me in advance what the final cost would be for my ride and he responded that since there was heavy traffic it woul be 18 euros or maybe more. When I told him I felt this was too much and I should have already have called his dispatchers 18300 he dialed them himself and asked them on speaker and told them that the meter had dropped from the car board and while trying to fix it he accid entally pushed the 2 button and what the charge should be in accordance to the killometers They told him it be 15 euros. I of course paid the fare and left. Obviously I could have not paid at all but I feel that bad publicity is a worse punishment and since I work at a radio station would be more effective.
We are tourists and have booked 2 taxis from the previous night to take us to Piraeus. 5 minutes before our pickup meeting a girl called and told us that the city centre is closed and they cannot come. Irresponsible never up to date and amateur company. I recommend to all fellow tourists never trust these guys again.
