They wouldn't custom cut a 1-meter screw into 10 equal pieces! The best they could do was cut only 1 and gave me the rest of the rod (90 cm) to commute with and then figure out about cutting it on my own when it would have taken them less than 3 minutes!! Poor old-mentality customer service!
