Absolutely inacceptable and dubious: I rented the smallest possible car. At the pick-up, the lady at the counter tried to talk me into an upgrade towards a bigger car trying to insenuate that my luggage would not fit into the car. I returned the car in the early morning and was told to just leave it in front of the office without any inspection. A few days later I receive an additional invoice of 112,99 EUR for \special cleaning\ of the car. We had rented this car for ten days and - inevitably - there was some sand and dust inside it (and on the outside, too, of course). However, there was no garbage left inside, there were no stains on the seats, there was no smell. My mother and I had stopped before the rental agency and even shaken out the car mats. I am attaching the pictures of \proof\, Sixt sent me. They do not reveal anything else than: some dust and some sand. All this car needed was a totally normal vacuuming and charging an additional 112,99 EUR for such service is a total rip-off. I am not going to pay this money and strongly advise against renting from this dubious branch. I have never made such a bad experience with any budget rental agency as I made with the - allegedly - premium provider of Sixt. This is just wrong and needs to be addressed.

Highly recommended car rental. The cars are always in the best conditions, the prices are very competitive and the staff is very professional, ready to help and very friendly. The rate quality and service is highly over average.
I rented a car for the first time and decided to choose Sixt. The clearance took about 15 minutes. Nice and smiling employees. I liked the Mazda 2 very much.
Professional staff and smooth pickup and dropoff. Neat car. But the insurance price was not what i was told on call. On call they said it is 17 euros per day but when i reached there, i was informed that it is 25 euros. Everything else was excellent. I would suggest to always agree on pricing beforehand in written like email etc.
We rented a car for two days and everything went great. We had a shirt Check-in and they brought the car to the store entry. After a quick check and instructions we drove off. Very nice personnel and good service. Go there a bit ahead of your reserved time to avoid waiting in line and be late. Plan in 30min for waiting. You’ll be happier coming earlier and leave on time.
Third time I rent from this place, great service as usual! I liked that they do not seem to want to scam you (eg you get given a car with full petrol tank, unlike some of their local competitors). And they allowed rental with visa debit, though was warned that deposit might take some time to be unblocked from my bank account (OK for me).
As has become the standard with car rental agencies, we arrived having purchased full insurance for the car, only to discover this insurance didn’t cover the tires, windows or undercarriage. What a crock of ****. If you are planning to be disingenuous from the outset, you leave a very bad taste in your customer’s mouths. Where is the car agency which provides no hidden costs? It’s certainly not sixt. Will I use them again, I’ll probably have to. Will I be happy about it - definitely not.
Extremely helpful employees. I was served just before closing and was received as if I was the first customer of the day. Quick and skilled service really saved my night!! My gratitude and thanks to everybody
