Absolutely beautiful. Be careful of thieves on the way up offering you free roses and bracelets.. they will literally grab you which was for me NOT OKAY. But you 100% have to visit here if you’re in Athens!

Really delighted with the ruins is a must do in Athens, I recommend going really early so you can enjoy and take photos, also avoid the sun and heat that are really strong between 2pm and 6pm, sadly the Parthenon is under recovery but still is a place you should visit

Good place to keep you hinged all along until you reach on top to the temple .From the top of the temple you will get a eye catching view of Athens Must go if you are in greece. Carry a water bottle along because it gets really hot in day time.

Small but stunning temple in the south-west corner of the of the acropolis perched on the edge of the Propylea. It is the temple devoted to the Goddess of the city

A must visit in my opinion, from up there you can see all athens, there are also a lot of boards explaining the historical context of the site.

Great trip to the Acropolis. I threw in 1 picture of the Olive tree at the top. Maybe that was the first one Athena had placed to win over the people from Poseidon...probably not...but symbolic either way.

The Temple of Athena Nike (Nike means Victory in Greek) is on the right when your approaching the entrance (Propylaea) to the Acropolis. It's a stunning sight to see and sets the tone for the wonders to come once your inside.... Enjoy :)
