They stole my money! I cancelled well in advance due to COVID, they cheerfully promised a refund and then refused to respond to me! I have tried so many times to get a response out of these people and they ignore me as they steal my money. I was a repeat customer too! I appreciate the reply from the owner and that policy sounds wonderful if I could get any response when I contact the company multiple times. I have tried both emailing customer care and opening a support ticket multiple times to follow up. I sent them documentation of my timely cancellation and requested follow up. I was ignored. Please, PLEASE give me a contact who will respond to me and I will gladly send them all the info! As of now, WiZi has my money and I have nothing for it. Update: I again tried to make contact with this company to request a refund and was, again, ignored completely. Do not give money to this company! If you have to cancel, they will steal your money!

Recently used Wizifi while traveling on Crete, Santorini, and throughout the Peleponese in Greece. Connectivity was good everywhere we went. It was easy and convenient to have the device dropped off and picked up at our first and last hotel respectively. Anyone traveling to Greece should consider using this service for a private WiFi connection during their trip.
The \unlimited\ offer is a scam. It's limited to 2gig a day. Then the sped is reduced so much than it's not usable anymore. Moreover, the network they use isn't the one with the most coverage, so I found myself in many places without internet (and my friends had, so it's frustrating). LAST THING but not least, they absolutely refuse to cancel and refund me. The service is bad and the support is useless. I'm so disappointed, i'll starting a lawsuit.

Server busy - Works when it feels like working. When it works, it's great and fast. But 3 out of 10 days, all I got was server busy, try later. And it's not because I used too much data. I actually turned it off in the evenings, and turn it on when I left my hotel. And it's not funny when you depend on it to navigate with your car. So keep that in mind when you use the wizifi services.
They are lying on the unlimited internet, it's reduced so unusable
wifi isn't really unlimited, the speed is reduced and it's not usable anymore
