First in a life time. Booked the hotel with stayforlong and thought I had a good deal - until getting here and realizing that the hotel is closed. Didn’t get any message before my trip at all and now sleeping in a much worse place.

We traveled to Greece for our honeymoon and this was our first stop. The staff was very helpful and provided us with complimentary welcome snacks and juice. The room and bathroom were large, modern, and clean. The location was not too bad and we could get to most attractions very quickly. Breakfast was particularly nice compared to hotels in the US.
All star staff! Got there a bit early for check in they did all the could to get our room ready as soon as possible. In the meanwhile they held our bags and even hung up my suit jacket for me. The staff is informative and multi lingual. I needed English and they spoke in English. I may have heard French in the lobby as well. Can't say enough nice things about these girls. Always a friendly smile and a welcoming greeting. They laughed at all my bad jokes. They helped make the stay feel awesome. The staff particularly was exemplary when they helped me out with a tour guide that forgot to pick me up. They went above and beyond and made the right calls and battled upon my behalf and made sure I got where I needed to go. I had a two bedroom room/ king room. The place looks recently updated. With the windows closed street sounds are a minimal. Bathroom was big with a stand up shower. Sheets, pillows, towels all looked nice and clean. Rooms had great mood lighting and a nice modern feel. WiFi worked great. The room was always cleaned nicely and my belongings left in place. No worries here. Location is decent and not too far from things. Just becareful on certain blocks walking to the Acropolis and placa area. I have no complaints. All my needs where met on this trip. Once again thank you for the great customer service!
We came to this hotel 3 times already and came back recently. The service at this hotel is excellent. The staff is always attentive in anything that we need and we were very happy to see the same people again. Feels like home, the way they welcomed us. Thank you for your great hospitality. See you Easter time again. Furthermore, all the staff is excellent, especially Magdalena, who is extremely friendly and helpful. Anyone who had the opportunity to meet Magdalena, can consider himself fortunate to have met her. She is competent and shows great interest in the well-being of her guests. Thank you to all the staff and especially Magdalena for the great time!
The people are awesome, they really understand hospitality. The rooms are great, only thing missing is a dresser, had to live out of my suitcase or would give 5 stars. The area is iffy, but 2 blocks in almost any direction is fine. Breakfasts in hotel were great and hotel is surrounded by good restaurants. All the tour buses we used come right to the hotel. I would stay here again.
Stayed here for one night. Arrived at 8am in the morning and the extremely professional and kind front desk team members found is a room that was ready and gave us a complimentary upgrade. Rooms are clean and have nice amenities. Wonderful rain showerhead. Noise from street can be heard but it didn't bother me. I did not done here or use any of the facilities but the location is great and staff is very welcoming and friendly.
The staff were very pleasant and eager to assist us from the moment of our arrival. I made a minor scheduling error, and the receptionist handled the situation quickly and easily. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The top floor also has a beautiful outdoor space, restaurant, and bar. I would be happy to return to this hotel in the future.
The hotel is located in the infamous suburb of Omonia, which locals described to us as dangerous and recommended not venturing out by ourselves at night. We followed their advice and we only caught the metro train to travel to the city centre as the station is literally 50 metres away from the entrance of the hotel. Upon arrival we were told our room had been upgraded to a fancier one, which was large and extremely comfortable. Staff were attentive and professional and breakfast was generous and tasty. Recommended!
