My experience couldnt be better. It was the evening of 02/12/2020 when i found a product on their site. Next morning (03/12/2020) i called them to check the availability and ask if there was any possibility to receive it in the next 2 days due to an event i had to attend. Their representative asked me to call me back in 5 minutes with an answer. 1 minute later (and not 5) he called me to ask my address cause he had a scheduled delivery close to my area and he could push my product with this shipment. Note here that i have not yet paid anything so they were not obliged to try. Despite that, not even they tried but also their representative prompted me to pay upon the receive of the product. 03/12/2020 @ 17:05 i have the product in my hands. Extra kudos for the gift wrap that i never asked, the accuracy of the delivery, the extra effort due to the Corona and the kind person who performed the delivery. I wish all professionals were like you. Thank you.

When I asked for a specific item from their online catalog they were extremely rude telling me that it was too cheap to have it in the physical store and I could only get it online... Many other options available that deserve your money because this store is definitely not worth it
I placed and order from the e-shop on the 8th of August. My items did not arrive in 3-5 days as stated, so I called on Aug 14 where I was reassured that my package would arrive on the 19th. Again, no package. I called again and told the man who answered my call that this is for a wedding present. No apologies just excuses. To make a long story short, its the 30th of August and they still haven't sent my items so I was forced to cancel. If an e-shop DOES NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK......you write OUT OF STOCK. You don't take the customers money and make them wait an entire month.... So disappointed with this company. I was given rave reviews about how great they are.....but my experience was awful. In the end, I found the same items at other online shops and cheaper. However, I will have to wait 15 days to get my money back. So...in my opinion stay away. No worth the headache. Give your money to establishments who know how to run a proper business. UPDATE: 16 days after my cancellation and request for a refund and I am still waiting!!! Thankfully I paid with Paypal and will be initiating a claim. Also, I called the local rep of the company and the item they wouldn't deliver to me is not out of stock! So, basically STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....they are still in the dark ages.
Got our wedding laurels here! Great selection of nice things at reasonable (for wedding things) prices. Staff not very helpful though.
Friendly staff, great variety of goods, excellent pricing even for well-known branded cutlery and dinnerware sets. Wedding favours and products are also available for all budgets!
