After calling and asking for a simple question the reception suggested we book an appointment of 40 so they could answer my question and assured me they knew the answer to my question after I triple checked. Spent over 2 hours back and fourth to the center of Athens and a total of 60 (40 of the appointment plus 20 for gas and parking) to get accepted by the firm half hour later and find out that I knew more information on the subject than the lawyer. I specifically asked beforehand on phone how H4 Visa ( dependent family members such as spouse or children of H1 visa holder that I am) works and on the appointment the lawyer was not even aware of H4’s existence and instead was promoting-suggesting to us totally other and different-unorthodox ways of taking my spouse with me in the states such as applying a tourist B1 visa for her instead. At the end of the appointment that we realized he didn’t know information on the question I originally booked an entire appointment and paid for he suggested he needed 10 more days of “studying” on the subject and 100 more that I showed him only with a 5 second google search. Unprofessional and dissapointing that when I expressed my experience to them after via mail they replied negatively and did not accept their mistake.
