Never pick up the phone, and systematically avoid delivering. For a courier company really couldn't get much worse.

Everything’s delayed. It’s been a week since the “programed” delivery went to the shop to get my parcel myself and they said that they couldn’t give it to me because it was programmed to be delivered “the next working day”
Lying about delivery attempt, no comunication, no message, never picking up phone, just horrible and unprofessional, 0/5
This joke of a company never picks up the phone (even though Ive been to the store and I’ve seen the employees IGNORE IT, it’s not because they’re busy) and doesn’t even value your time since there’s been many times that I’ve asked them not to deliver in the morning because I’m not at home but they just straight up ignored me. If I ever see stores use them as their only option as a courier service I don’t buy from them just for that reason. Absolutely horrible, 0/10.
After a 1 month delay on my package, they delivered it to the wrong address and left a note there. Even though the courier still has my package on him and it was his mistake, they told me that I have to go to the store myself and pick it up later otherwise I'll have to wait for another 1.5 week.
I have been trying to call them for 4 days. Noone ever responds. Their tracking service claims they have attempted to deliver the parcel but it is not true. We have asked them to delivery at the company address and they have not shown up.
Every time a parcel is sent to me by them I have a terrible experience. I never use them on my own of course. They never answer the phone and while they claim attempted deliveries in the tracking service, this is an absolute lie. Whenever I order something I always suggest the company to never use them as you never know if the package is ever actually going to be delivered. They should shut down.
Very far and limited personnel to support Hagia Paraskevi, Chalandri and many other areas. The company should create more branches.
