Professional staff and very helpful and knowledgeable. Panos is one of guys there and he's very Professional and knows what he's talking about. he gave me more than enough time to show me the differences between the different products and had my guitar unit shipped from the main warehouse and called me when it arrived. All with a smile. Very happy with their service.

Not professional at all. They sold me a broken case for my instrument and they refused to refund me. I discovered the issue 5 min after I left the shop.. Really disappointed.. Be careful before coming to this place
