The guy who owns the shop is extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak about an issue I had with a faulty product, he kept interrupting when I tried to explain an issue to him - After 2 months of buying an apple mac charger, the plug wiring had a split in it and it started smoking when plugged in. The end of the plug wiring was very weak and strained easily. If your going to buy an apple plug don't buy from this shop as 1) It won't last 2) Secondly the owner of the business won't assist in fixing the issue (even though there is a guarantee) and will also hang up the phone when you explain that the product is faulty! He sent me photos saying I had broken it myself which is untrue. Very bad customer service and cheap unreliable product.

The shop assistant was not helpful and not even kind. He suggested me to buy a base to hold the mobile inside the car that can't hold the weight.

Στο κατάστημα έχω πάει για επισκευή ένα Iphone (2017) και ένα Ipad (2020). Πήγα διερευνητικά, αφού πριν γνωστή αλυσίδα μου είχε ζητήσει 50 ευρώ για....διάγνωση (ούτε αξονική να του έκαναν). Και τις 2 φορές η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν φοβερή. Από τις σπάνιες περιπτώσεις στην αγορά που συνάντησα τόσο ειλικρινή αντιμετώπιση από τον ελεύθερο επαγγελματία και τόσο καλές τιμές.
Σουπερ Εξυπηρέτηση, αξιοπιστία και ταχύτητα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
