I went to self service after a long time. The brush was in bad confition, very dirty.

It's good if you have not so much time. But, the service was better when they started, I would recommend to the company to create some kind of costumer card, with points, discounts, etc. Also, please take more care of our wheels.
Plenty and really friendly staff, nice coffee too. Unfortunately doesn't make up for the lousy excuse that the end result was.
Not as good as it was a few years ago. Last two times visited the rear window and the rim's was not cleaned.
