Good food, nicely laid out taverna, and the owner and staff were friendly. Would like to try the fresh fish if I go back again.
Horrible food the octopus I had was so tough and when they ask why I didn't eat it all I said it was too tough. They came back to me and said it's because it's fresh that it's tough. A bunch of lies. Stay away from this place
Very local place, great local food, big choice of fresh fish, great service. We felt like members of family.
Amazing food, well worth a vist, staff are very friendly and helpful, they speak English and the prices are very good.
We went there for an early dinner, we asked for the fish of the day and the owner made us to choose which fishes we wanted cooked (and told us the price in advance which was very reasonable), once we received it prepared the fish was very good. HOWEVER: we also ordered a salad and this is the reason for the 3 stars: the salad was OLD or/and improperly stored, please note that we are not speaking about ot so crispy\, we are speaking about plenty of leaves that had became dark in color and mashed in other words rotten, to the point of making the whole dish not edible. It was probably made the previous day but it was not properly stored in the fridge. We told the owner that the fish was good but the salad was uneatable (and we left it mostly there), he came to check it and said that it was a totally fine salad and that it was just prepared, i mentioned that it was quite unlikely as even from the half cut lemon it was visible that it was not just made (where it was cut it was visibly dry giving away that it was prepared much earlier). We did not mean to make a fuss of it so we just asked for the bill and moved on, but honestly we were surprised by the attitude of the owner in denying what was evident, did not inspire trust.
Best food in town. Very friendly and nice environment. No reason to eat anywhere else!!!!
