They do their best. The ‘deli style’ take a number system is efficient and fair and the waits are rarely inordinately long, in my experience. Some the expat critics on this page should take a deep breath and shed their sense of expat entitlement.

This post office delivery service is pathetic. Everytime I order something they say unable to deliver as noone home even though there always is. They never phone the contact number and never leave a notice of attempteddelivery. I rate this as a zero star as unable to rate it as this on the rating system.
Except the fact that you must wait in line for an hour if there are more than 5-6 people ahead of you, they can't even help you out when your package has arrived, most common excuse: it's at the delivery services, delivery services never deliver on time, online my package is here sincere last week, I'll be waiting for another one, if i get lucky and they don't send it back.
The post office needs more people to work there.There are 4-5 counters and 1 to 2 employees work there.Max 3 if you are lycky.The privatisation of the Public Companies must be done soon because it's unacceptable to wait for a parcel from the Netherlands for over 3 weeks (21 days).No customer service by the way.
εχω παει 2 φορεσ απογευμα . γραφουν ωρες κοινου απο 7-30 μεχρι 20.30 και πηγα γυρω στις 7 και ηταν κλειστα . δεν φτανει που για να παραλαβεις ενα δεμα κανει ενα μηνα να ερθει και δεν το δινουν και σε αλλον . ηταν η γυμαικα μου στο σπιτι και δεν της το εδιναν , πηγα απογευμα να το παρω και κλειστα , και δεν στο φερνουν και την επομενη μερα το αφηνουν εκει .αναγκαστηκα να φυγω απο την δουλεια μου για να το παραλαβω . ελληνικο δημοσιο . εγγυηση

Είναι απίστευτα αγενές το προσωπικό ! Δεν διορθώνουν την ώρα στο σάιτ καθώς κ η σφραγίδα που έχουν στα ενημερωτικά χαρτιά που αφήνουν για παραλαβή δέματος πάλι είναι άλλες ώρες από αυτές που δουλεύει το κατάστημα ! Έτυχε κ πήγα να μπω ενώ ήδη είχαν κλείσει κ είχαν αφήσει ανοιχτά την πόρτα ! Με ύφος μου είπαν -που νομίζω πως πάω -ενώ είναι κλειστά .τους είπα πως στο σάιτ καθώς κ στην ειδοποίηση άλλα λέει κ απλά με πεταξαν έξω με πολύ άσχημο τρόπο ! Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπονται που καταχραζονται το γεγονός πως κανεις δεν μπορεί να τους κλείσει για πάντα ! Όσο για το ωράριο δεν ξερή ποιος το ορίζει αλλά δεν είναι καθόλου βολικό για όσους δουλεύουν πρωινές βάρδιες !
