The best choice we could have had for our anniversary dinner. It can be reached easily, ot far from the city centre, but still secluded. The sunset view was majestic. The service and the staff is excellent, the food was absolutely top class and great value. We decided to go for the 4 course Taste of Crete tasting menu, the flavours, the plating, everything was phenomenal. The Phyllo rolls come with a wild berry sauce that us to die for, the Apaki has an excellent texture and a really rich flavour. This place is really highly recommended.

Wow! Absolutely amazing. Not words for the food, so tasty and yummy. The ribs are very soft and delicious. A very good choice to see the sunset with a amazing food and a good glass of wine

Best restaurant we have been around Chania. Close enough to city centre, but away from all the tourist traps in there. If you want to eat decently and true Crete food, this is the place to go. You can see that the food was prepared with care, as they are beautifully presented and tasteful. All this for an affordable price. Also the cocktails were delicious (I had a passion fruit mojito). Not seaside, but spectacular sea view from there. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely return there.

It is not located in the center but it's really worth going there. You can discover the traditional Greek dishes with a nice touch of originality. There is a large choice of dishes and good wine. The atmosphere is very intimate and the staff is very courteous and discreet. A must if you are visiting Chania.

Theodosi is hidden away, behind a residential area, but the view from the patio -- oh! Spectacular! That in itself is worth visiting for a glass of wine, but then we tried the food. It is one of the best Cretan salads I've had, and the stuffed zucchini flowers were perfectly cooked and presented. The smoked moussaka (vegetarian) was worth a repeat trip. My dinner partner had the fish of the day, and declared it fabulous. We've been back several times since, and have always found the service friendly and welcoming, and the food well worth the walk up.

We used this restaurant some time back it was very good, tasty food. Service was good wine was good. We hope to get back in June to use once again. ️️️️18/06/19Well we got back to the Theodosi Restaurant again, short taxi ride from our apartments, 6 fare. Starters were good, mains even better, good house wine,nicely chilled beer. Lovely meal for us both. Staff friendly and helpful, nice views. Reasonable prices a bit more expensive but good quality food and wine. Such a large meal for me I had to ask for a box to take some back to the apartment. (Date of meal 18/06/19) If in the area give it a try. Staff rang for a taxi to take us back to our apartment. Fare 7 great place to eat. Enjoyable meal in a nice restaurant.

One word, outstanding! A focus on good quality food and service rather than large portions of fried things! Free bread selection with a salsa and olives. Great wine selection. Good atmosphere and decor. Contemplating going back again ASAP.
