We spent some time with these lovely animals. They are doing some amazing work. The donkeys are very friendly and it was great to be able to get so close to them. The rescued cats there are also very friendly.

Donkey retirement home! Very friendly staff, they immediately gave us a very informative tour of their donkey rescue center, the seem to have over 40 donkeys, a lot of cats! And they also had puppies! You could also contribute to the center by brushing some of the donkeys, or by leaving a donation on your way out.

It's a little hard to find, but Google maps did it for us. When you arrive the friendly staff (most of them are volunteers from Germany, Netherlands, GB,...) explains everything to you and afterwards you are alowed to explore the center by yourself and of course you can ask them questions. You can go almost everywhere except the sick kittens and the horses. The donkeys are really friendly and appreciate to be petted. There are approximately 30 donkeys. Also there are dogs and cats. We were lucky there were five puppies and a few kitties. No one asks you to donate money. There is a donation box at the exit, where there is no staff, so you're free to give whatever you want, put pretty sure you'll be pleased to donate something to the rescue center.

So so worth a visit! Lovely people, cute and cuddly donkeys, awesome place. We adopted a puppy from them, best choice ever!

Holmes family

Heart warming place. Slightly off the beaten track. Lots of donkeys, cats and some rescue dogs and ponies. Don't expect a fancy car park or visitor centre; but you will find compassionate and friendly staff. It was quiet when we visited and we got a personal tour. Highlight of course though was the Donkeys!
