The worst service and behavior I have ever encountered. After one week of arriving our goods, the car was assigned to their preferred customs agent who not only was rude and arrogant but did NOTHING at all and in collaboration with Mr. Kae as well “punished” me and my family for following up and wanted to know the progress. Our household received in two parts as per the schedule of Kae and not as should be. Regardless how many ISOs are obtained apparently there is no ‘Attitude’ to be verified... very unprofessional and arrogant behavior.
KAE International did a great job with our move from London to Athens. We moved stuff from two 2-bedroom homes into a larger house, and the whole process was very well coordinated. Also the Athens crew was amazing on move-in day, considering the work load. Highly recommended service.
Need to become more client oriented , and have clear quote, with accurate volume estimation. They also need to build trust with clients and guide them through each pain point. Their contract needs be improved to provide a better service.
We moved last month from Austria/Vienna to Paros/Greece and Kae International took over our container at the port of Piraeus to bring it down to Paros. We really have to say that it was a pleasure for us working together with this company. Very friendly, very professional and competently, always on time and immideately answering. Everything went very well. Whenever in the future we need again a kind of such transport, this will be our first adress. Thanks a lot Michael - it was a pleasure!!!
I did 3 intra Europe moves with KAE and have always been happy with the result. The packing service is impressive, quick, done with good materials and caution. Really great experience from start to finish. We moved from the Midlands in the UK to the Greek Island of Zante. The team who came to the house in the UK were really good, worked brilliantly to pack and list our contents for us. Really respectful of the house, the carpets and contents. And the team who delivered to us on Zante were exactly the same .. the booking process itself was really easy and Michael was on hand to assist with any questions we had during the process.. I would highly recommend the company. And have already started to do so on the Zante Facebook forums when asked for trusted removal companies.
Professional service. Everything was delivered as promised. Constant updates about the status of the shipment. I would definitely use Kae International Movers again and I highly recommend them.
