With 19 years of experience in the tourism industry, Peny is the passionate founder of ENVNT. She has a diversified background in hotel and event management as well as in local venue finding. Her experience ranges in all aspects of events from the smallest to the largest most complex and demanding international events in Greece. Peny has learned to effectively communicate and interact with both clients and suppliers. She can adapt to new and different situations, understand the behavior of other people, and reach agreements of mutual interest by resolving various emerging conflicts. She has a strong innovative behavior and the tendency to generate, realize and implement new concepts beyond normality.
