The best burgers
When we order delivery they bring larger portions... when we order to eat at the restaurant the portions are always much smaller and the food is always cold!!! How so?? You're taking the food from the kitchen and bringing it to the table how hard could it be to bring it when it's hot???? One waitress and 10 people in the kitchen... long wait and just a disappointment! I used to love simply burgers... maybe it's just this specific location? Never again. I can find the same thing for less money elsewhere.
I love this chain and I've been eating/ordering in for years. I probably have even ordered from this particular branch too. 3 stars is for their terrible in the house service. They got everything wrong. Like everything. The waiter was bored as hell, almost falling asleep on his way to our table and it just felt wrong. I'll update if I discover that somehow it's better now.

I love the modern decor, location is great just out of the central perimeters of the city. Get some good grub and great place to enjoy company too!!... Excellent and helpful customer service. Definitely a place to visit.
ridiculously late on delivering! No more complimentary mini brownie any more . Having ordered again after so many years wasn't a good idea. Its safe to say that their direct competitors have completely surpassed them in quality and service....
