I don’t like it and won’t go again. A lady there told me clearly that the price of the birthday cake I was ordering is 22, same as what I saw on their website, and candles are free(she wrote down the numbers). I double checked with the prices before I left. BUT, I was told that I have to pay 25 when I took it. Another staff said the price depends on the actual weight, also number candles are 0.5. He was inside the shop when I ordered too. I can understand the cake price might be different because of the weight, although which means staff are not professional otherwise customers should be told how it charges when ordering. Other staff ought to tell customers if colleagues make mistakes on prices or everything else, but not ignore it. I didn’t pay for the candles at last, but I didn’t get any apologies. They looked at me as I made the misunderstanding but not them. I don’t care to pay for candles or bags or whatever but I deserve to know before I purchase. Customers don’t care about a few euros more as long as everything is fair and clear. 建议大家不要去这家店。连锁品牌服务却不正规，态度也很一般。还不如家门口的小甜品店。价格匹配不上产品和服务。好好的生日给弄得心情不好，不是在乎那几块钱，就是感觉很不好。

The best sweets in town ! We had seen one of their stores on our way but couldn't stop ! Then we came across the same store in Glyfada ! AMAZING ! MUST TRY ! Don't take desert in the restaurant - try them out ! The store personnel is amazing .....
